The following is a legal agreement between you and Mix & Match Crafts by BACH. Please read this agreement carefully before downloading purchasing any product. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by this agreement.

1. The Images, Pattern(s) and Instructions are copyrighted. Mix & Match Crafts by BACH and its supplies own all rights to the Images, Pattern(s) and Instructions. All rights are reserved for Mix & Match Crafts by BACH unless otherwise granted to you. Your rights to use the Images, Pattern(s) and Instructions are subject to this agreement and are conditional upon your payment for the Images, Pattern(s) and Instructions to Mix & Match Crafts by BACH.

The contents of our website including Images, Pattern(s), Instruction(s) and Wood Kit(s) of finished works are copyrighted.

2. By this Agreement, Mix & Match Crafts by BACH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, right to use and reproduce the Painted Work pieces in the following ways:

Patterns may be traced and printed for personal use only. They may be hand painted for fun, giving or profit at crafts shows but no mass marketing. Feel free to enlarge patterns, but not mechanically reproduced for any kind of sales or distribution. All other uses, including commercial production, require permission and/or licensing from Mix & Match Crafts by BACH.

Disclaimer: Information at this website is given in good faith, but no warranty is given or results guaranteed. Because we have no control over physical conditions surrounding the application of information given at our website and in the instructions, we disclaim any liability for results.

3. You may NOT:

4. "Non-transferable" as used in Paragraph 2, means that the work you produce with the Pattern(s) and Instructions must be used for you directly. You may not sell, rent, load, give, sublicense, share or otherwise transfer to anyone the Images, Pattern(s) and Instructions or the right to use the Images, Pattern(s) and Instructions. You agree to take all commercially responsible steps to prevent third parties from duplicating the Images, Pattern(s) and Instructions.

5. You agree to indemnify and hold Mix & Match Crafts by BACH, and its suppliers harmless against any damages or liability or any kind arising from any use of the Images, Pattern(s), Instructions and the Wood Kits other than the uses specifically permitted by this Agreement.

6. Neither Mix & Match Crafts by BACH or any of its directors, officers, employees, partners, licensors, or agents shall be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use of, or the inability to use, the Images, Pattern(s), Instructions and the Wood Kits.

7. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario. Venue for any action respecting this Agreement, the Images, Pattern(s) and Instructions or use of, shall be in the state and federal court sitting in Toronto, Ontario.

8. Additional rights to Images, Pattern(s) and Instructions are available. If you are unsure of your rights under this agreement, or if you wish to use an Images, Pattern(s) and Instructions in a matter not permitted under this agreement, please contact Mix & Match Crafts by BACH Support for a special license.
